- Moisture:
- If exposed to rain or spills, let the item air-dry naturally at room temperature — never use direct heat.

Standard, non-personalized items can be returned within 30 days of delivery, unworn and with original tags and packaging intact. A 20% restocking fee applies to refunds, waived when exchanging for a different size or color. Custom and personalized items are final sale except in the case of a manufacturing defect.
