Delivery Options

Free Standard Delivery: Available with every order. The estimated total delivery time is 10-18 business days.

Expedited Delivery: Available for a flat fee of $25 USD. The estimated total delivery time is 8-12 business days. Select expedited delivery at checkout.

Delivery estimates include order preparation and transit and are not guarantees. Public holidays, destination, customs processing, weather, or circumstances outside our control may extend delivery.

Shipping Origin

We ship orders from Lahore, Pakistan.

Order Cutoff and Business Days

Our daily order cutoff is 2:00 PM Pakistan Standard Time (PKT, UTC+5). Orders placed after the cutoff begin processing on the next handling business day. Our handling and shipping business days are Monday through Saturday, excluding applicable public holidays.

Carriers and Tracking

Orders are shipped using established carriers such as DHL Express or FedEx. When the order is dispatched, we send a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information when available.

Delivery Address

Please provide a complete physical delivery address at checkout. Express carriers may be unable to deliver to PO boxes and may require a signature.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs duties, tariffs, import taxes, or brokerage charges imposed by the destination country. These charges are not shipping fees and remain the customer’s responsibility unless checkout explicitly states otherwise.
