Free Shipping

Shipping is provided at no additional charge for eligible orders and no shipping fee is added at checkout.

Processing Times

Standard in-stock items generally require 5-7 business days for preparation, inspection, and packing before dispatch. Custom, tailor-made, personalized, or back-ordered products generally require 2-3 weeks for production before dispatch.

Delivery Estimates

Delivery generally takes 5-10 business days after dispatch, depending on the destination and customs processing. Processing and delivery estimates are not guarantees.

Carriers and Tracking

Orders are shipped using established carriers such as DHL Express or FedEx. When the order is dispatched, we send a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information when available.

Delivery Address

Please provide a complete physical delivery address at checkout. Express carriers may be unable to deliver to PO boxes and may require a signature.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs duties, tariffs, import taxes, or brokerage charges imposed by the destination country. These charges are not shipping fees and remain the customer’s responsibility unless checkout explicitly states otherwise.
